Choose the tabs on your phone's bottom bar

Pick the three tabs between Home and More on your phone, or go back to the default bar. Your choice follows your account.

On a phone, the bar along the bottom of the screen always starts with Home and ends with More. You choose the three tabs in between, so the places you use most are one tap away. Every role can do this, and you can choose any page your role can already open.

Change your tabs

  1. Open More and select Edit tabs at the top. You can also open My account and select Edit tabs under Phone tabs.
  2. Under Tab 2, Tab 3 and Tab 4, choose a page for each. A page you have already picked for another tab is greyed out, because each tab needs a different page.
  3. Select Save.

The bar changes straight away. The lists only show pages you can open, so you will not see Customers or money pages if your role does not include them.

Go back to the default bar

On the same page, select Reset to default. You get the standard bar for your role again. Owners, admins, dispatchers and office staff start with Jobs, Approvals and Customers. Crew start with Jobs and Timesheets.

Your tabs follow your account

Your choice is saved on your account, not on one phone. The same bar shows on the web on any phone and in the Android app. The iPhone app gets it in its next update, and until then it keeps its usual bar.

If your role changes and you can no longer open a page you chose, ONYX1 shows a page you can open in that place, usually your role's default. Your choice is not changed, and the other tabs stay as they were for as long as you can still open them.
